Points and Priority Credits

Earn Points as you help the community, and turn them into free Priority Credits

Last updated on 06 Aug, 2026

Every time you help out the community, you collect Points. Reach 100 Points and you unlock a free Priority Credit, which you can use to post a Priority Request and get a faster answer.

Where to find your Points

Open the 'Menu' tab. Your Points progress bar sits right under your name, with a count like 64/100. Tap 'Read more' to see how it works, and 'Points overview' for the full earning list.

All the ways to earn Points

  • Join StaffTraveler: 10 Points

  • Respond to a request: 4 Points

  • Respond to a Priority Request: 8 Points

  • Respond to a Jackpot Request: 8 Points

  • An invited friend gets approved: 10 Points

  • Add a tip: 4 Points, once your tip is approved

  • Book a hotel: 1 Point for every 10 USD you spend

  • Buy an eSIM data plan: 10 Points

You earn Points for every eSIM data plan you buy, not only your first one.

Hotel Points are worked out from what you spend, so a longer stay earns more. A booking of 250 USD earns 25 Points.

What happens at 100 Points

At 100 Points we automatically add 1 Priority Credit to your balance. Nothing to claim, and nothing to tap.

We then take 100 Points off your counter, and anything above that stays with you. Land on 107 Points and you get your Priority Credit and keep 7 Points toward the next one. Land on 260 and you get 2 Priority Credits and keep 60 Points.

Your Priority Credit balance appears at the top of the 'Loads' screen, marked with a lightning bolt.

Points and credits are different

Credits pay for regular load requests, and you earn them by answering requests. Points are a counter that turns into Priority Credits, which pay for Priority Requests.

Answering a request earns you both: 1 credit and 4 Points.

Seeing your history

To review every Priority Credit you have earned or spent, go to 'Menu', then 'Credits history', and switch to the 'Priority Credits' tab. Priority Credits earned through Points show up as 'Earned with points'.
