Every time you help out the community, you collect Points. Reach 100 Points and you unlock a free Priority Credit, which you can use to post a Priority Request and get a faster answer.
Where to find your Points
Tap 'Menu' at the bottom of the screen. Your Points progress bar sits right under your name, with a count like 64/100.

You earn Points for every eSIM data plan you buy, not only your first one.
Hotel Points are worked out from what you spend, so a longer stay earns more.
What happens at 100 Points
At 100 Points we automatically add 1 Priority Credit to your balance. Nothing to claim, and nothing to tap.
We then take 100 Points off your counter, and anything above that stays with you. Land on 107 Points and you get your Priority Credit and keep 7 Points toward the next one. Land on 260 and you get 2 Priority Credits and keep 60 Points.
Your Priority Credit balance appears at the top of the 'Loads' screen, marked with a lightning bolt.
Points and credits are different
Credits pay for regular load requests, and you earn them by answering requests. Points are a counter that turns into Priority Credits, which pay for Priority Requests and Priority Updates.
Answering a request earns you both: 1 credit and 4 Points.
Seeing your history
Go to 'Menu' > 'Credits & Points history' and switch to the 'Points' tab. It lists every Point you have earned or lost, and the 100 Points deducted each time you unlock a Priority Credit. 'How to earn Points', under your balance, opens the full earning list.
The 'Priority Credits' tab shows each Priority Credit you unlocked as 'Earned with Points'. If Points are taken back later, for example after a cancelled hotel booking, a Priority Credit they paid for can be taken back too. It shows as 'Returned for Points'.
