If your Points or your Priority Credits look different from what you expected, this article explains what happened and what you should see now.
What we did on August 4, 2026
Points launched to the whole StaffTraveler community in August 2026. Before that, the system ran as a beta with a smaller group of members while we worked out how Points are earned and stored.
On August 4, 2026 we set every account to the same clean starting position for the general launch:
Points start at the 10-Point welcome bonus for joining StaffTraveler
Priority Credits start at 2
Who this affected
Most members
For almost everyone, this was the moment Points appeared for the first time. Your balance did not go down, because you had no Points balance before. What you see now is your starting balance, and every Point you have earned since.
Members who took part in the BETA
If you tested Points during the BETA, your ledger was rebuilt from July 1, 2026 onward. Everything you earned from that date forward was replayed onto the fresh starting balance, and activity from before that date is no longer part of it. We emailed the BETA group about this separately on August 5, 2026.
Regular credits, the ones you spend on normal load requests, were not part of this change.
What you should see now
Tap 'Menu' at the bottom of the screen.
Your Points bar sits just below your name, with a count toward 100. Tap 'Read more' for how Points work, or 'Points overview' for every way to earn them.
Tap 'Credits history', then switch to the 'Priority Credits' tab. Priority Credits that came from Points are listed as 'Earned with points'.
If something still looks off after checking there, get in touch and we will take a look at your account.
Reaching 100 Points keeps your leftovers
Worth clearing up, because it surprises people: crossing 100 Points does not wipe your counter.
At 100 Points we add 1 Priority Credit to your balance automatically and take 100 Points off your counter. Whatever sits above 100 stays with you. Land on 107 Points and you get 1 Priority Credit and keep 7 Points toward the next one. Land on 260 and you get 2 Priority Credits and keep 60 Points.
Priority Credits you earn this way stay in your account until you spend them.
