Credits

Checking your credits history

Every credit, Priority Credit and Point you have earned, spent or had refunded, and what each entry means

Last updated on 07 Oct, 2026

Wondering where a credit went, whether a refund came through, or why your Points changed? Your full history is in the app.

Where to find it

1
Open the Menu tab

Tap 'Menu' at the bottom of the screen.

2
Tap 'Credits & Points history'

Your balance sits at the top, with every transaction listed underneath, newest first. Tap 'Load more' to go further back.

3
Pick a tab

Switch between 'Credits', 'Priority Credits' and 'Points' at the top. The history always opens on 'Credits'.

Three separate ledgers

Credits pay for regular load requests. Priority Credits pay for Priority Requests and Priority Updates. Points are a counter: every 100 Points unlocks a free Priority Credit.

Each has its own tab and its own balance, so a Priority Credit you spend never shows up on the 'Credits' tab. Under the balance, 'Buy credits' or 'Buy Priority Credits' opens the shop. On the 'Points' tab, 'How to earn Points' lists every way to earn them.

What the entries mean

Each entry shows what happened, the date, and the amount. A minus sign means something left your balance.

On the 'Credits' tab:

  • 'Load request': a request you posted, including updates and Auto Updates

  • 'Loads submitted': loads you shared to answer a request. A Priority Request or a Jackpot Request pays 2 credits instead of 1

  • 'Inaccurate loads': credits taken back after loads you submitted were marked inaccurate

  • 'Load request refund': a refund for a request nobody answered before departure, or for a cancelled flight

  • 'Load request deleted': a refund for a request you deleted

  • 'Load request upgrade': the credit we return when you upgrade a request to a Priority Request

You may also see 'Purchase', 'Friend joined', 'Reward for popular tip', and 'Adjusted by admin' for a correction by our team.

On the 'Priority Credits' tab:

  • 'Priority Request': a Priority Request or Priority Update you posted

  • 'Priority upgrade': a regular request you upgraded to a Priority Request

  • 'Priority Request refund' and 'Priority Request deleted': a Priority Credit refunded for an unanswered or deleted request

  • 'Earned with Points': a Priority Credit you unlocked by reaching 100 Points

  • 'Returned for Points': a Priority Credit we took back because the Points that paid for it were reversed, see below

You may also see 'Initial balance', the 2 Priority Credits every member starts with, and 'Purchase'.

On the 'Points' tab:

  • 'Loads submitted': 4 Points for answering a request, or 8 for a Priority Request or Jackpot Request

  • 'Joined StaffTraveler', 'Friend joined', 'Added tip', 'Hotel booking' and 'Reward for buying an eSIM': the other ways to earn Points

  • 'Inaccurate loads', 'Tip removed' and 'Hotel booking cancelled': Points taken back when the reward behind them was reversed

  • 'Unlocked a Priority Credit': the 100 Points deducted each time your counter reaches 100

  • 'Priority Credit reclaimed': 100 Points returned to your counter when we take a Priority Credit back

When Points are taken back

Some Points can be reversed later: when loads you submitted are marked inaccurate, when a tip is removed, or when a hotel booking is cancelled.

If that pushes your counter below zero, we take back a Priority Credit those Points paid for and return its 100 Points to your counter. You see 'Returned for Points' on the 'Priority Credits' tab and 'Priority Credit reclaimed' on the 'Points' tab.

We only take back Priority Credits you earned with Points. The ones you bought, your starting 2, and any our team added stay yours. If you already spent the earned ones, your counter stays below zero until new Points make up the difference.
