From time to time we double the reward for answering requests for a selected airline. If you work for that airline, every open request you answer becomes a Jackpot Request and pays twice as much.
How you know you answered one
Answer the request as you normally would. When the reward lands, a message appears at the top of your screen confirming that 2 credits have been added. That is your sign it was a Jackpot Request.

Which airlines take part
We select participating airlines and run the reward for a limited time. If your airline is chosen, we let you know by email and with a message in the app, so you do not have to keep checking.
Do you need to do anything differently?
No. Answer open requests the way you always do. If your airline is taking part, the doubled reward is applied automatically.
