What each action costs
Posting a request: 1 credit
Asking for an update on loads you already received: 1 credit
Each automatic update, if you have Auto Updates switched on: 1 credit
Posting a Priority Request: 1 Priority Credit, no regular credit
Upgrading a request you already posted to a Priority Request: 1 Priority Credit
Flights with stops cost 1 credit per leg
A journey with a stop is two flights, and the loads differ on each one. Each leg needs its own answer, often from a different member, so every leg costs 1 credit.
When you get your credit back
You never pay for a request that goes unanswered. We automatically refund your credit in case the flight is canceled or if it remains unanswered when the flight departs.
Running low?
You earn 1 credit every time you answer someone else's request. Answering a few for your own airline is the quickest way to top up without spending anything.
