In case you forgot your password, you can easily reset it. On the Login screen of the app, choose 'Continue with email'. Enter the email address you've signed up with and tap 'Continue'.
If you have an account with this address, your password will be prompted. Tap 'Forgot password?' and confirm to reset your password. An email will be sent to you with a link and instructions.
If you're asked to sign up instead, you've entered an email address that is unknown to us. In that case, you've created your StaffTraveler account with a different email address. You can go back by tapping the arrow in the top-left corner of the screen and try a different address.
The link in the email opens the app and my password is not reset
On some Android devices, the link in the password reset email opens the StaffTraveler app instead of the web page on which you can change your password. Please copy the link and paste it into your browser, or open the email on your computer and click on the link there.
I haven't received the password reset email
Please check your SPAM folder. If it's there, please tell your email app that this email isn't SPAM.
