When requesting loads or responding to requests, you can choose from these three privacy levels:
Show your first name
Show your chosen display name
Stay anonymous
Here's how you can change these settings:

Tap the Menu button
Find it at the bottom-right corner of the app

Tap 'Profile & settings'

Scroll down to the Privacy settings
If you choose to remain anonymous when responding to load requests, your name will be shown as 'a StaffTraveler'.

Please be aware that when you comment on flights, we always display your chosen display name or first name. Your last name remains private and is never visible to other users in the app.
