Forgotten your password, or simply prefer not to have one? You can sign in with a link we email you instead.
How it works
On the sign-in screen, choose Sign in with an email link. Enter your email address and tap 'Send sign-in link'.
We send you an email straight away, and the app shows 'Check your email'. Tap 'Open email' to continue to jump to your inbox, then tap the link in our email. That is it, you are in.
Use the email address on your account
The link only works for the email address your StaffTraveler account uses. If you signed up with Facebook, use the same address you had on Facebook. Your account, profile, and history are all still there.
If you open the link on a different device
Request the link on your phone but open it on your laptop, and we ask you to confirm your email address before signing you in. This is a security step, so nobody else can use a link that lands in your inbox.
If the email does not arrive
Give it a minute, then check your spam or junk folder. If it is still missing, use the option to try a different email address, in case of a typo. Sign-in links expire after a while, so request a fresh one rather than reusing an older email.
Other ways to sign in
You can also sign in with Google, with Apple, or with your email address and a password. Any of them work, as long as they point at the same email address as your account.
