To change the first day of the week in the date picker, follow these steps:

Tap the 'Menu' tab
Find it at the bottom right of the screen

Tap 'Profile & settings'

Tap 'Date & time'
Scroll down to find it.

Select your preferred first day of the week
Tap 'First day of week', then choose 'Saturday', 'Sunday', or 'Monday'.
