To change the first day of the week in the date picker, follow these simple steps.

Tap the Menu button
Find it at the bottom-right corner of the app

Tap 'Profile & settings'

Tap 'Date & time' settings
Scroll down and tap 'Date & time'

Select your preferred first day of the week
Tap 'First day of week' and select Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.
