To get updated flight loads, request an update.
Tap the menu icon ⋮ on the right of the request.
Choose 'Request update' and confirm.
Requesting an update costs one credit. This is because the request is reinserted into the system for another member to answer. They get your credit in return for their time.
Need the update faster? Request a Priority Update
A Priority Update does the same thing as a regular update, but posts it as a Priority Request. It sits at the top of the open request lists in its own section, so members from your airline see it first, and whoever answers earns double credits.
A Priority Update costs 1 Priority Credit instead of a regular credit, so your regular credit balance stays untouched.
Tap the menu icon ⋮ and choose 'Request update', exactly as you would for a regular update.
On the 'Request update' screen you get two buttons. Tap 'Priority Request update', the blue one with the lightning bolt.
Check the flight and date on the 'Request Priority Update' screen, then tap 'Confirm Priority Update'.
