While most requests get answered within minutes, some airlines are slower to respond. 

If your request is for a flight in the far future, the loads may not yet be available. Some airlines start showing loads 72 hours prior to the departure of the flight.

 

What if my request does not get answered?

There's no need to delete requests if they are not getting answered. Unanswered requests will be refunded automatically after the flight has departed. The credit will be added back to your account within 12 hours after departure.

Deleting requests and re-posting them will not get your request 'higher up the list', as open requests are sorted by departure date & time.
