Requests

My request does not get answered

Last updated on 06 Aug, 2026

While most requests get answered within minutes, some airlines are slower to respond.

If your request is for a flight in the far future, the loads may not yet be available. Some airlines start showing loads 72 hours before the flight's departure.

What if my request does not get answered?

There's no need to delete requests if they aren't being answered. Unanswered requests will be refunded automatically after the flight has departed.

Deleting and reposting requests will not move them 'higher up the list', as open requests are sorted by departure date & time (UTC).

Need an answer sooner? Upgrade to a Priority Request

Any request that is still open and unanswered can be moved to the front of the line. Priority Requests appear in their own section at the top of the open request lists, so members of your airline see them first, and whoever answers one earns double credits, giving them a good reason to pick yours.

Upgrading costs 1 Priority Credit. Your regular credits stay untouched, and if the request is still unanswered when the flight departs, we refund the Priority Credit.

1
Find your request

Open the 'Loads' tab and find the request you want to move up. It needs to still be open and unanswered.

2
Open the request menu

Tap the menu icon (three dots) on the right of the flight.

3
Confirm the upgrade

Choose 'Upgrade to Priority Request', then tap 'Confirm Upgrade'.

Priority Credits are free to earn: you collect Points for answering requests, inviting friends, sharing tips, booking a hotel, or buying an eSIM data plan, and every 100 Points becomes 1 Priority Credit. See Priority Requests for the full picture.
