This means we are in the process of verifying your account. When your account has been verified, you will receive an e-mail detailing login instructions.

If your application is denied, you will receive an email from us detailing why and how you can help us verify your account. 

To speed up the verification process, you can send your proof of your employment by an airline to [email protected] or upload it at stafftraveler.com/upload. If you have uploaded this during the sign-up process in the app, there's no need to email your proof.

The verification process usually doesn't take longer than 24 hours.
