StaffTraveler is an app for people with non-rev benefits. Our support team checks that every new member qualifies for non-rev travel. To activate your account, we need proof of eligibility.
We accept a selfie in uniform, a screenshot showing your access to your company's non-rev system, or an email from your corporate account. A photo of your company ID also works, if your company allows it. Have another idea? Send it to us and we will take a look.
Sending an email from your corporate account? Mention the address you signed up with, so we can find your account.
Send your proof to us securely by clicking here
You can also email your proof to admission@stafftraveler.com. Once your account is active, we delete your email and its attachments from our servers.
If you signed up with your airline email address, you probably skipped the verification step. Confirming that address through the link we sent shows that you work for an airline.

Send us any document that shows you qualify. A screenshot of the non-rev booking website with your name on it works, and so does your partner's airline ID.
