You register directly with your cruise line, on the cruise line's own website. Log in with the booking number from your paid invoice, just as you would for an airline ticket.
Registering lets the cruise line contact you directly about itinerary changes or anything else they need. It also opens up shore excursions, drink packages, and specialty dining for you to book ahead.
