Non-rev travel often means booking a room at short notice, sometimes after a long day of trying to get on a flight. We partnered with a booking agency to give members reduced rates on hotels worldwide.
Where to find hotel deals
Open the 'Deals' tab and tap 'Hotels'. You can search any city and any dates from there.
The quicker way, from a flight
If you already have a flight in mind, open it and expand the 'Good to know' section. The hotel shortcut there is already set to the airport you are landing at and the date you arrive, so you skip retyping your destination.
Handy when a flight looks doubtful and you want to know the room price before deciding whether to go.
You earn Points for booking
Booking a hotel earns you 1 Point for every 10 USD you spend, so a longer stay earns more. A booking of 250 USD earns 25 Points, which count toward a free Priority Credit. See Points and Priority Credits for the full earning list.
Managing your booking
Our booking partner handles your reservation, not the StaffTraveler app. Use the confirmation email to change or cancel it. Contact the partner directly with any question about a specific booking.
