You will only receive credits for answering open requests. You'll find open requests in the 'Open XX requests' section on the requests tab.
In the 'Your answered requests' section, you'll find the requests you've provided loads for. Updating the loads for these requests helps the member who has posted the request, but does not earn you credits.
