If you have access to the loads for multiple airlines, you can add additional airlines for which you'll see open load requests. Here's how to do it:

Open your Profile & Settings
Tap the Menu button in the app's bottom-right corner and choose Profile & settings.

Add additional airlines
Scroll down to the Additional Airlines section. Here, you can add the extra airlines for which you can provide loads.
