Notifications for new requests are not sent immediately when a new request is posted. If a member from the airline the request is posted for is online and starts submitting the loads without delay, no notifications will be sent. There's no need for other members to open the app, only to find a request that is already being answered.
If you don't receive the other types of notifications, please check your notification settings. If your settings are correct, also check that that you haven't snoozed your notifications. You'll find this snooze option on the 'More' tab.
If your settings are correct and you're still not receiving notifications, please check your notification settings in iOS / Android.
iOS
On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings -> Notifications -> StaffTraveler. Make sure notifications are enabled.
Android
On your Android device, go to Settings -> Apps & notifications -> Notifications -> StaffTraveler. Make sure notifications are enabled.
If your iOS / Android settings are also correct and you're still not receiving notifications, please log out of the StaffTraveler app by tapping 'Log out' on the 'More' tab and log in again. This will re-add your device to the list of devices to send notifications to. Make sure you log in using the same method you used before, to prevent a new account from being created.
As a last resort, you can delete the app and re-install it from the App Store / Play Store. Make sure you log in using the same method you used before, to prevent a new account from being created. Your credits and requests are stored in your account and will not be deleted by deleting the app.
