Notifications for new requests are disabled by default. If you wish to receive push notifications for new requests, enable them in your notification settings. Notifications for new requests not sent immediately when a new request is posted. If a member from the airline the request is posted for is online and starts submitting the loads without delay, no notifications will be sent.

If you don't receive the other types of notifications, please check your notification settings. If your settings are correct, check that you haven't snoozed your notifications. You'll find this snooze option in your notification settings.

If your settings are correct and you're still not receiving notifications, please check your notification settings in iOS / Android.

 

iOS

On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings -> Notifications -> StaffTraveler. Make sure notifications are enabled.

 

Android

On your Android device, go to Settings -> Apps & notifications -> Notifications -> StaffTraveler. Make sure notifications are enabled.

If your iOS / Android settings are also correct and you're still not receiving notifications, please log out of the StaffTraveler app and log in again. This will re-add your device to the list of devices to send notifications. Ensure you log in using the same method you used before, to prevent a new account from being created.

As a last resort, you can delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store / Play Store. To prevent a new account from being created, make sure you log in using the same method you used before. Your credits and requests are stored in your account and will not be deleted by deleting the app.
