Although most requests get answered within minutes, some airlines are slower to respond. Delta Air Lines is known to respond slowly at times. We are aware of this and are constantly working to improve the response times.
Please note that there's no need to delete your requests. Your requests will automatically be refunded if no loads have been submitted by the time the flight departs. It can take up to 12 hours after the departure of the flight before the credit will be added back to your account.
