With Auto Updates, we request load updates for you automatically, at the interval you choose: every 3, 6, 12, or 24 hours. Each update request costs 1 credit. You can turn Auto Updates off at any time.
To turn Auto Updates on, tap the three dots on the right of the flight card and switch on 'Enable Auto Updates'. The same switch turns them off again.
If nobody has submitted a load update since the last auto update, we skip that request and your credit stays in your account. We also refund your credit if the flight is canceled.
If your credits run out, we pause Auto Updates and let you know by email. Auto Updates resume once your balance reaches 10 credits or more.
