With Auto Updates, we request load updates for you at the interval you choose: every 3, 6, 12, or 24 hours. Each update costs 1 credit, and you can turn Auto Updates off at any time.
Tap the menu icon ⋮ on the right of the flight card.
The 'Auto Updates' screen opens.
Pick '3 Hours', '6 Hours', '12 Hours' or '24 Hours'.
Tap 'Enable Auto Updates'. If your credit balance is empty, the button reads 'Buy credits' instead.
To turn Auto Updates off, switch off 'Enable Auto Updates' in the same menu. Turning them off is free.
To turn Auto Updates on or off for many flights at once, use Batch Actions.
If nobody has answered your last auto update yet, we skip the next one and your credit stays in your account. We refund an auto update that nobody answers before the flight departs. We also refund your credit if the flight is canceled.
If your credits run out, we pause Auto Updates and let you know by email. Auto Updates resume once your balance reaches 10 credits or more.
