To change the first day of the week in the date picker, follow these simple steps.

Open the menu
Tap the 'Menu' tab in the bottom-right corner of the app

Open Profile & settings
Tap 'Profile & settings' below your name

Open date & time settings
Scroll down and tap 'Date & time'

Select your preferred day
Tap 'First day of week' and select Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.
